About this blog

Getting married is the most exciting time in our lives! We've invited you to help us celebrate our wedding in Bali on Friday 6 July but as you know, our families are planning on spending the week in Bali beforehand to relax, soak up the sunshine and prepare for the big day.

If you are able to turn our wedding into a holiday of your own we'd be delighted to include you in any bits and pieces we get up to in the week beforehand.

Each of the different pages will let you know about the different parts of our trip and we'll put up any general information on the home page. We hope you enjoy this blog and we're really looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Sign up to the email notification and we'll be able to let you know when new information goes up on the site.

We cant wait to see you all in Bali!

Wedding Date Set and Invitations Sent!!!

We have set the date of our wedding for 4pm on the 6th of July 2012

If you are reading this it's because we've sent you an invite and we'd love to see you at our wedding.  We have tried to keep it small and have invited those that have meant the most to us through the past and into the present.

We're heading to Bali for our wedding and will be staying at the Sukhavati Estate for a week between Monday the 2nd and Sunday the 8th of July.  Our wedding ceremony will be held on the Friday.  For those of you that look at the site and are a bit unsure about the Balinese flower girls in the photos... so were we!  There is no way they will be at our wedding, we're going to keep it traditional in a western sense and not have a traditional 'Balinese' wedding.

Both our families will be staying at Sukhavati through the week and we welcome anyone to come and visit us during this time and join in with what we are doing or to just drop in on the day of the ceremony.  We are going to use this blog to let you know what we will be getting up to.  Have a look at the page links on the right of the blog.  Feel free to make any comments or suggestions as well!
